As much as I'd love to have a GBA or original Gameboy emulator for the switch I highly doubt at these times that Nintendo would do such a thing. They've released a game from the days of the Wii for full price sure it's in HD but that still doesn't qualify it as reasonable pricing. So what i think Nintendo might do is release the GBA and GB version of Metroid separately instead of an entirely new emulator service to add more games to each month. Because nowadays nostalgia has a price.

Switch Force I know why The Legend of Zelda 35th anniversary didn't get any love its because I think the Game And Watch Zelda was a complete joke and I was hoping for better games in the Zelda Series and I don't know if the Gamboy and the Game Boy Advance is coming to the Switch I dibout its going to happen but I won't see it until I believe it

Yeaaah I don't think anything is gonna be coming, we also have the games coming in October. I've been a Nintendo fan long enough to know that they aren't gonna port anything at this point. Rather keep my expectations low. Everyone is keeping their expectations low. So much so that it'd be an ultimate power move for Nintendo too announce everything the fans every wanted lol, Nintendo does that sometimes, not saying they're gonna do that. But just saying Nintendo…. When our expectations are low it's the perfect time to gift bud.

I'll believe that Nintendo will launch any more Metroid games on the Switch. Besides old school Metroid 1 the floaty control Super Metroid. And Metroid Dread when I actually see it. Hell I'm worried that the up and coming Metroid Prime 4 is going to have Did Not Finish syndrome. That's Duke Nukem Forever lingo if you don't know what Did Not Finish means. Personally I liked Zero Mission and AM2R the original Metroid 1 and Original Metroid 2. Super Metroid is ok better then nothing and I don't care that much at all about Metroid Fusion it's. Way to linear almost everything is explained to you and it literally tells you were to go. Sure Metroid 2 was linear but even so AM2R and the original Metroid 2 did what Fusion did better. All that aside Fusion is still…better then nothing I'd even take Other M right now. Yes I know there is plenty of "Metroidvania" games on the Switch let's get real here. Just like Micro Machines if it doesn't say Metroid it's not the real thing.

The Zelda franchise got better in 2017 with the release of BOTW and now a QoL version of Skyward Sword. Metroid’s last games were Federation Force in 2016 and Other M in 2010… Metroid proper hasn’t had any love since 2002 when Fusion was released for the mainline series. Sure we got the Prime trilogy in between but those are a completely different style of game and tried to sway from the classic formula. Re-invention is not what the series really needs to continue. Giving love to the classic Metroid timeline is awesome and I’m down with them putting Zelda aside for now.

Jeez there are only 4 2D metroid games and they showed all of them and amidiatly the fans sey. Wel 2 of them are on the gba so maby. Its stupid it doesn't even make sense. Are People so desperate that they lie to themselfs and to evreyone and the sad part is they believe it.

Do not care about hand held, Nintendo caring about hand held it so much it doesn't even work well had joy-con drift in less then 2 months. I do not understand Nintendo at all.
